Operation steps:
1. Connect compressed air, input 0.5-0.6MPa
2. Put the PCB plate on the fixture with LED downside and lost in the slot of fixture
3. Turn the switch of blade mechanism to drop it down. Then the PCB plate is pressed and fixed
4. Push the blade system with some strength to the direction of PCB end
5. PCB separated into strips and ready for use
Attention:
1. While changing the compressed air input, please pull the knob first, then turn to proper number, and
then push back to confirm it. DONT TURN IT BEFORE PULLING THE KNOB OUT
2. You can adjust the screw on the top of cylinder to change the stoke, then the blade mechanism height
can be changed
3. BE CAREFUL OF BLADE CUT WHILE CHANGING NEW ONES
4. Apply some lubricant oil on the guideway for long-term use.
